SideQuest only works if it stays a place people actually want to show up to. These are the basics. Break them and you can lose your account.

Be a real person, acting in good faith

• Use your real identity. No impersonation, fake hosts, or bot accounts.
• Post activities you actually intend to run, at real places and times.
• Show up when you say you will, or cancel early so others can plan.

Treat people well

• No harassment, hate speech, threats, or discrimination.
• No unwanted sexual attention. Consent and respect, always.
• Read the room — an activity is a shared space, not a sales funnel.

Keep it safe and legal

• Nothing illegal, dangerous, or designed to scam or defraud.
• No sexually explicit content and nothing involving minors.
• Don’t share other people’s private information.

Meeting up safely

Hosts and attendees are strangers until you’ve met. Meet in a public place, tell a friend where you’re going and when you expect to be back, and trust your gut — if something feels off, leave. SideQuest doesn’t vet other users, so your own caution is your best protection.

Reporting and blocking

See something that breaks these guidelines? Report it. Most profiles, activities, and reviews have a Report option, and you can block anyone you’d rather not see or hear from. You can also email us directly at safety@sidequest.irl. We review reports and may remove content or suspend accounts.
